The line-up for next May’s Hemsby Rock’n’Roll Weekender has been officially announced, and it’s enough to get your blue suede shoes tapping in anticipation.
The Hemsby Rock’n’Roll weekender has been a resounding success in the last few years, with people from all over the country converging on Hemsby to shake, rattle and roll their way through a weekend of ’50s music, culture and attitude, where the sideburns are long, the quiffs high, and dancing goes on all night.
The bill for 2012 includes the first UK show for rockabilly sensation Robin Luke, as well as welcome performances from Gene Summers, the Velours and Eva Eastwood. The weekender, at Seacroft Holiday Site in Hemsby, is set to be an unforgettable celebration of all things rock’n’roll.
Tickets sell out quickly, so make sure you book yours ahead of time so you can spend the whole weekend jiving, twisting and doing the mashed potato with other dedicated fans of this unforgettable time in music history.
